The problem is that although there is much talk, there is no lingua franca. Definitions of the size, scope, and characteristics of the nonsubsidized affordable housing market do not exist. In this article, the authors define the inventory and explore the investment characteristics of nonsubsidized naturally occurring affordable housing in the United States.TOPIC: Real estate
